This project has implemented energy efficiency measures and fuel switching at all 63 of the Commission Scolaire de la Pointe-de-l’Île (CSPI) buildings.
Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Pointe-de-l’Île School Board Energy Efficiency Project is publicly listed on the CSA CleanProjects Registry and has been 3rd party verified under ISO-14064-2 by Carbon Quantum Inc. This project has implemented energy efficiency measures and fuel switching at all 63 of the Commission Scolaire de la Pointe-de-l’Île (CSPI) buildings, with the main objective to minimize the GHG emissions associated with energy use in all CSPI buildings.
The project falls under the category of ‘‘energy efficiency’’ and is characterized as a grouped project with various project activities implemented at different locations, including:
The CSPI covers the region of the east point of the island of Montreal and manages 63 buildings, with schools in Anjou, Montréal-Nord, Pointe-aux-Trembles, Rivièredes-Prairies and Saint-Léonard.
