VANCOUVER, May 17 /CNW/ - Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: CFQ) ("CFS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has successfully concluded a Sales Agreement with Toronto based company Carbonzero, for the delivery of the first allotment of its Emission Reductions Units (ERU's) from its Ontario, Canada Reforestation Project, as previously announced on April 22, 2010.

TORONTO, April 20 /CNW/ - Carbonzero is very pleased to announce their partnership with the 2010 Green Living Show as a contributing sponsor. Carbonzero will offset all non-electric greenhouse gas emissions in order to efficiently neutralize the carbon footprint of the entire event.

As a result of our community sponsorship for the 2010 Juno Awards, Carbonzero was presented a variety of tickets to various Juno events in St. John's, Newfoundland. With a firm belief in giving back to the community, Carbonzero has donated the complete sponsorship package to 'Big Brothers, Big Sisters' organization of Eastern Newfoundland.

TORONTO, April 12 /CNW/ - Carbonzero has been selected as the official carbon emissions offset provider for the 2010 JUNO Awards, The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS). This partnership will enable CARAS (and its partners CTV and Insight Productions) to offset all of their greenhouse gas emissions associated with air travel for the 2010 JUNO Awards.
