Friends,

It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely death of our Chairman and CEO,
Richard (Rick) Tuttle. A lifelong entrepreneur, Rick was one of the founders of Carbonzero
and a driving force behind its growth to become one of Canada’s leading carbon advisors
and offsetters. His unbridled enthusiasm, strength of character and wise counsel will be
missed by his many friends and business colleagues.
